Final Call: P.N.D. 51 Filing Checklist
Siam Advice Firm•Tax Analysis
We have discussed the P.N.D. 51 since June. Now, we have reached the Final Execution Window. Most companies with a December year-end must file their mid-year estimative return by the end of August.
The 48-Hour Final Audit
Before your accountant clicks "Submit" on the Reveneue Department's e-filing portal, check these three things as a Director:
- The 25% Variance Check: Compare your H1 actuals with your H2 forecast. Is the final profit estimate within 25% of what you really expect by December 31st?
- Payment Liquidity: Do you have the cash in your tax-payment account? Remember, large tax transfers can sometimes be flagged by banks for AML checks; don't wait until the last day.
- Authorized Signatory: Is the director who needs to sign the form in the country? If not, do you have a valid Power of Attorney (POA) in place?
Why Perfection Matters
The P.N.D. 51 is the primary document the Revenue Department uses to decide which companies to "Audit" next year. A clean, professional, and on-time filing in August is your best defense for 2027.
